WHY HAVE A BELT kit?

A simple belt kit is incredibly comfortable to carry and allows you to have critical pieces of gear on your person, at all times. It has proven to be a lifesaver for me for emergency fire-making, tool maintenance, and more.

Checklist:

• Fire:
  Make sure you have multiple options that will secure a fire when you need it most.
• Tools:
  Everyone’s toolbox will be different. But I’d recommend you settle on a set of tools that you know well and use often.
• Cordage:
  Cordage can be very difficult and time-consuming to produce on your own. So, cut a few strategic lengths of cordage and save yourself the trouble.
