Gentleman’s Everyday Carry
On fathers day, I posted about my “Gentleman’s EDC”, featuring some classier gear than I typically carry. That post was well received over on Instagram (and featured some of my favorite recent photography), so I wanted to share it here as well.
This was a simple, around-the-house and out-to-lunch Father’s Day Carry for me. I wanted something classy, simple and lightweight. So, here it is…My Gentleman’s Everyday Carry.
Gentleman’s EDC Gear
Gerber Quadrant
This knife has a beautiful look to it and comes in at a nice budget price of $30. Read my full Gerber Quadrant review here.
Streamlight Microstream USB
This is hands down, my favorite EDC Flashlight right now. I like it so much that I’m debating ordering the black Microstream to replace my Olight i3T (the color coordination game is real).
Recycled Firefighter Captain Wallet
This is the only back pocket wallet I can comfortably carry (I typically carry the small front pocket “Sergeant” wallet). The thin profile of the Captain Wallet makes it really comfortable, while still being spacious. It also looks really classy for these types of EDC’s.
Goodfellow & Co. Watch
This was a random purchase while my wife was dragging me into Target “to only look at the dollar section” yet again…who else can relate? 😉 I quite like the look & feel of this watch.
Standard Red Bandana
Bandanas are a staple in my EDC. I prefer the larger size of a bandana versus a handkerchief. I swap the colors depending on my other gear and it always rides in my back left pocket.
I’m actually looking for some different designs of bandana’s (I’m tired of the typical paisley print). If you have any suggestions for other bandanas or LARGE handkerchiefs, drop me a comment!
